Research and Laboratory Group Recurring Meetings Survey

Please complete the following survey for your recurring research and/or laboratory group meetings. Because we receive a high volume of room requests for recurring meetings, we will match your preferences with an appropriately sized room.

Please be aware that ALL of our conference rooms are Zoom-capable. However, the 33 classrooms are not, and per the Registrar, you may not have food in them.

In order to help us maximize our resources, please note:

  • Your room preference will be taken into account.
  • Submit a separate survey for each recurring meeting if your group holds multiple recurring meetings.

Note: The new Building 9 large conference room (9-255) will be available soon! However, you cannot request it at this time. This room will be reserved for larger events, and HQ will have preference for its use.
