WeLEAP’s Future Faculty Development series presents an insightful panel session designed to mentor senior PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and early-career researchers on applying for and succeeding in faculty careers. We are excited to have an esteemed panel of early to mid career professors including Dr. Matteo Pini (Associate Prof., Delft University of Technology), Dr. Cristina Riso (Assistant Prof., Georgia Institute of Technology), Dr. Kunal Garg (Assistant Prof., Arizona State University) and Dr. Rajni Chahal (Assistant Prof., Tennessee Technological University) with us who will be sharing their strategies and experience from applying for faculty jobs and succeeding as an early career faculty member. They will also share insights from the perspective of hiring committee members.
