Overview

The MIT AeroAstro HBCU Partnership Program aims to bring prospective graduate students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to visit our department during the academic year. By preparing students from various institutions to apply to our graduate program and fostering relationships with HBCUs, we seek to advance the Department’s commitment to increased diversity and inclusion of underrepresented groups in our community.

Our Partner Institutions

The program is open to students from our partner institutions. Students from other institutions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Institutions that would like to become a partner should contact aa-hbcupp@mit.edu.
