Space Telecom Astronomy Radiation Lab (STAR Lab)
STAR Lab achieves new scientific results from sensors on distributed space-based platforms, focusing on telecommunications (radio and optical), astronomy, and radiation/remote sensing research.
Space Systems Lab (SSL)
SSL encompasses expertise in attitude determination and control, avionics, communications, optical and RF payloads, systems engineering, structural dynamics, and integrated modeling and simulation.
Space Propulsion Laboratory (SPL)
SPL provides the infrastructure to support the Space Propulsion graduate field in the MIT AeroAstro department. A significant fraction of SPL’s research is focused on the development and modeling of scalable space thrusters.
